Guided yoga sessions are tailored to your body and your needs, brought to you at home. Yoga builds body awareness, releases held tension, and cultivates a deeper relationship with your body through breath and movement. This helps support and reinforce the work of the alignment.

Edgu is a gentle, accessible movement practice that anyone can do. It moves through the full spine to build flexibility, mobility, and strength. The movement is paired with storytelling in a way that makes the practice both grounding and memorable. Once the sequence becomes familiar, it's yours to carry with you as a practice you can return to on your own, wherever you are. Many of our alignment clients find edgu a natural complement to their sessions and enjoy it as a tool for staying in a more relaxed, regulated state in between visits.
